Club Meetings

The Club has meetings four times per year, in March, June, September and December. Please check the whats happening page, for the next meeting date. The meetings are generally held in one of the members homes, on a voluntary basis. This allows members to display their collections to fellow collectors and for us to see patterns and colours that we may not have in our collections.

Sales Table

At each meeting we have a sales table where members can sell their glass to those present. The Club receives a 5% commission on all sales.
If you have any items for sale, and are a Financial Member, please use our Sales Form . Print a copy here or download our Excel version.

Show and Tell

We also have a show and tell segment where we have a chance to show off our latest acquisitions or pieces.
A different theme is selected for each meeting and one of our knowledgeable members gives a commentary about that theme with the aim of broadening members knowledge. Some of the themes recently covered have been: Animals, Big Jugs, Comports, Amber and Aqua, Imperial, Mystery Items and/or Plants.
The theme at the September meeting will be: Grapes.
And December meeting will be: Vases.

Newsletter

A Quarterly Newsletter is sent to all financial members approximately one month prior to each meeting. The Newsletter contains information about the venue for the next meeting as well as articles, letters, pictures and items of interest relating to Carnival Glass.
